I’m looking over my new album’s lyrics right now…
And I had already had a weird feeling this was true, but there’s literally not one hopeful/shiny/happy lyric on the entire album as of now.
I haven’t shared this yet, but it’s a very dark album lyrically.
I suppose even darker than I thought.
But it’s an honest album.
And if you’re a human that’s ever felt lost in your own skin, then I think you might accidentally relate to it.
Still some work to do before the album’s done tomorrow, so I think I’m gonna sit down and try to write something small and hopeful for it right now.
